Accountability
We do the right thing. We believe success comes from shared learning, collaboration and consistency never blame. We are all human and we celebrate progress just as much as perfection…..but we must take ownership at all times for what we do and say, and how this impacts others. We trust that we are one team, committed to a shared purpose, and we are not afraid to challenge each other constructively or hold each other to account for what we do, and don’t do. We expect transparency, professionalism and respect at all times.

We understand the impact of our behaviour on our patients and our colleagues so we pledge to approach each day with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference, regardless of the challenges that may come our way. That’s not to say we don’t all have ‘off days’….and when this happens, we feel secure in the knowledge that our colleagues have our backs, and we will be supported.
